Morgan joined Observation Baltimore's staff upon graduation from Pace University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She brought with her hands-on customer service experience, working in Manhattan at Border's retail store throughout college. In addition to gate keeper responsibilities, Morgan greets both clients and respondents, provides administrative support to the management team, and maintains the respondent database. Her professionalism and team player spirit makes Morgan a great asset to our team. |
